Grown in the volcanic soils of Nariño, this coffee reflects Huver Castillo’s commitment to innovation and quality. After an initial fermentation, the coffee is inoculated with a naturally fermented mosto made from coffee by-products and berry pulp. A slow anaerobic fermentation allows the fruit character to fully develop before the coffee is carefully sun-dried to preserve sweetness and clarity.
