Pink Bourbon has become one of Colombia’s most celebrated varieties, prized for its remarkable sweetness, floral aromatics, and vibrant fruit character.

For this lot, the coffee undergoes a 144-hour anaerobic fermentation with yeast and coconut before being dried alongside lemon peel. After a 45-day stabilization period, the result is a coffee that’s layered, expressive, and unlike anything else in the lineup.
